Coach Romero has over 55 years experience in Southwest Florida Baseball Programs both as a player and as a coach.

*Coach of the 1989 State Champion Lely Trojans
*SWFL Travel Clubs, 1999-2003
*1989 Florida Class 3A Coach of the Year
*Southwest Florida Coach of the Year, 1988 and 1989
*Over 400 victories to his credit at the HS and College levels.
*Has coached over 250 players who have competed at the college and professional ranks, including MLB pitchers Chris Resop, Casey Coleman and Richard Bleier.

- 2020 International Scout and Coach of the Houston Astros. Carlos played with the Astros and the Reds organizations, and has managed and coached with many clubs, including long stints as the SF Giants MLB pitching and 1st base coach. He was also the International Scouting Director of the Tampa Bay Rays.

- Current San Diego Padres Hitting Coach. Coach Rodriguez is a former Cleveland Guardians Assistant Hitting Coach (2022 AL Central Champions) and Boston Red Sox Coach (WS Champs, 2014). Victor played with the Baltimore Orioles and the Minnesota Twins. He signed his first professional contract at age 15 in his native Puerto Rico.

- Former 1st round draft pick of the Seattle Mariners organization, Rudy coached as a bullpen catcher and batting practice pitcher with the NY Yankees (WS Champ, 1996) and with the Baltimore Orioles. Also played at Miami Sr. HS & Miami-Dade South, where he continues to coach the 2021 State Champions.

- Current Hitting Coach with the Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Academies in the Dominican Republic and in his native Venezuela. Coach Rincones, who also coached hitters at Birmingham (Rays AA) played professional baseball in his native country and was also a coach in the Chicago White Sox organization.

- This veteran JRBC instructor played in the Houston Astros organization. Formerly an Assistant Coach at Ave Maria University and former Head Coach at St. John Neumann HS. Current religion teacher at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School.

- Current Lely HS Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach. Former pitcher in the Boston Red Sox and Texas Rangers organizations. Tim, who had an extensive career in the Atlantic League, played college baseball at U Conn and locally at Gulf Coast LL.

- Coach Fowler, the Head Baseball Coach of the Lely Trojans, is a veteran instructor of the JRBC. A Lely, GCLL, and JRBC alum, Kit played college baseball at St. Petersburg State College and Tennessee Tech University before pitching in the Frontier League. In addition to Lely, Coach Fowler is also the director/coach of the Florida Suns Travel Teams.

- This current TB Rays Catching Coordinator mentors athletes at all levels. Jeff is a former Minnesota Twins 1st Base Coach and Manager of the Fort Myers Miracle. His accolades include Coach of the Year in three different leagues. Coach Smith played with the Twins, Red Sox and the Rangers farm system. He is the Director of the Jeff Smith Baseball Camp in Naples.

- This former JRBC camper and Barron Collier HS grad, is an assistant coach at CSN. He played at Villanova University before playing and coaching professional baseball in Italy for several years. In fact, he went back to Italy in 2018 to work with the Italian National Team. Mark is a valuable member of the JRBC coaching staff and is a real estate agent in Naples who is also a Grand Slam sponsor of the JRBC.
